Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Specialist based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions including sales and rentals, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, negotiating with clients, managing accounts, and supporting purchasing activities. The Commercial Specialist will ensure smooth transactions and excellent service delivery to meet both company and client objectives.

• Proven expertise in Customer Service with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Experience in Sales and Purchasing, with a focus on achieving targeted goals
• Proficiency in Account Management and an ability to maintain lasting client relationships
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with the real estate market and local regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
