The Commi-Chef is responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking various dishes to uphold the high standards of Mathaqat Foods culinary experiences. Daily tasks include following hygiene protocols, preparing ingredients, assisting senior chefs in the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members
• Experience with Culinary Skills, including techniques and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• A relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage
