Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commis Chef for a full-time role based in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, the Commis Chef will assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, support the cooking process, and ensure kitchen hygiene standards are upheld. The role also involves maintaining inventory, following recipes, and contributing to a productive kitchen environment. While based in Cairo, some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Strong understanding of Hygiene and kitchen safety regulations
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage
• Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred
