A Commis duties are to produce a consistent and high-quality product, following the standard recipe, in the assigned place of work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Kai Beach policies & procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Preparing food for service, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation.
• Stock and restock kitchen items as needed.
• Ensure the kitchen and food areas are clean and safe.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
