We are recruiting a Commissioning Clerk Handover, ICAPS, Punch Commissioning Coordinator for a large refinery commissioning project in Saudi Arabia.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) SIMOPS coordination experience
2) Punch coordination
3) Coordination between commissioning disciplines.
Basic Functions:
The primary function of the Commissioning Clerk Handover, ICAPS, Punch Commissioning Coordinator is to ensure the proper handover of the units to the Proponent following the OPERCOM methodology. This role involves managing the transition from Ready for Commissioning (RFC) to the achievement of commissioning (AOC) and the final handover (TOMC) to the Proponent. e
Main Accountabilities: The Handover / ICAPS / Punch Coordinator is responsible for preparing and managing the handover plan and schedule, coordinating with various teams to collect necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with agreed procedures. The role also involves maintaining the ICAPS database, providing technical support, and ensuring the consistency of all TOMC and ICAPS documents. Additionally, the coordinator must liaise with different stakeholders to solve any issues related to the handover process.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with strong management skills and over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in petrochemicals. They should have high competencies in OPERCOM and ICAPS, excellent IT skills, and a methodical and organized approach. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Contract duration: 12 months (with extensions possible)
