As part of the next phase of growth for a global Engineering & Construction business expanding rapidly across the Middle East, we are seeking a Commissioning Manager to play a critical regional leadership role in ensuring the technical integrity of our most complex assets.

The Opportunity

Following a proven blueprintwhere the Regional SVP grew the APAC business from 8 to 1,400 peoplewe are now replicating that success story across the Middle East.

You will take ownership of the commissioning lifecycle for high-value projects, establishing the standards, teams, and protocols that ensure our facilities meet the world's most stringent technical requirements.

TheRole

As Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Commissioning Strategy: Developing and executing comprehensive Cx plans across sectors including Biopharma, Semiconductors, and Data Centers.
• Full Lifecycle Oversight: Managing the progression through Level 15 commissioning, ensuring seamless handovers from construction to operations.
• Technical Authority: Acting as the senior lead for MEP validation, environmental controls, and mission-critical power/cooling systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all facilities align with international codes, client-specific standards, and rigorous safety protocols.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Design, and Project Delivery teams to design for commissioning from day one.
• Team Building: Mentoring and developing a regional commissioning team to support a massive multi-year project pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Expertise: Significant experience in commissioning management for high-tech or mission-critical facilities.
• Sector Knowledge: A deep understanding of the unique requirements of regulated environments (e.g., Cleanrooms, UHP systems, or Tier IV Data Centers).
• Leadership Presence: Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide technical confidence to global Tier-1 clients.
• EPC/Consultancy Background: Experience within global engineering firms or major E&C organizations.
• Agility: The mindset to thrive in a fast-growth, start-up style environment backed by global resources.

Location

This is a regional role, based in either the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
