Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive communication architecture solutions for the SMP
- Analyze requirements and translate them into effective communication systems
- Ensure that communication technologies are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet business needs
- Integrate voice, video, and collaboration tools into the existing IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving communication efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
- +15 Years Experince.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing communication architectures and systems
- Strong understanding of communication protocols and technologies (e.g., VoIP, SIP, WebRTC)
- Experience with Service Management Platforms and IT service delivery processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
