Communications Planner
We are seeking a strategic Communications Planner to shape how a global brand shows up across markets. Reporting into senior marketing leadership, this role translates brand strategy and value propositions into clear, targeted, and consistent communications across audiences and regions.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and audience insight, the role ensures that campaigns, thought leadership, and tactical marketing feel connected, intentional, and commercially impactful. You will work closely with brand, content, and marketing teams to strengthen positioning and deliver cohesive, insight-led communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain communication frameworks that align brand purpose, audience insights, and campaign objectives
- Translate value propositions into effective, audience-specific messaging across channels and regions
- Build and refine persona-based messaging frameworks for key stakeholders
- Plan and align integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Use data and insights to inform messaging strategy and optimise performance
- Partner with regional teams to localise global messaging while maintaining brand consistency
- Brief and collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure message clarity and impact
- Define KPIs and continuously optimise communications based on performance
Profile
- 5+ years experience in brand communications, campaign planning, or integrated strategy
- Strong understanding of brand architecture, audience segmentation, and messaging frameworks
- Proven ability to adapt messaging across personas, markets, and channels
- Insight-driven, with experience using data to guide communication strategy
- Excellent communicator and confident cross-functional collaborator
