Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for crafting and distributing press releases, developing and executing strategic communication plans, managing internal communications, creating high-quality written content and publishing content on social media platforms. The role involves ensuring consistency in messaging, fostering effective communication channels within the organization, and building external partnerships to promote the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Internal Communications to foster effective information sharing within the organization and beyond
• Ability to schedule and publish social media posts.
• Proficiency in Strategic Communications, including planning and executing communication initiatives and creating analysis reports.
• Strong research skills in order to generate new content ideas.
• Excellent Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and impactful content (Arabic and English)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to goal-oriented projects
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; familiarity with Arabic is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
