Role Overview

We are looking for a Community Executive who can build, nurture, and grow our community of brand advocates, customers, and followers. You'll be the voice of the brand across digital platforms and a key player in driving engagement, loyalty, and brand love. This is a remote position initially, with the expectation of transitioning to in-office work at our Egypt location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage moderation and timely user responses across platforms
• Schedule and publish approved content
• Conduct manual checks on all platforms to ensure no missed activity
• Reporting and insights
• Update and maintain account FAQs
• Support coverage during shifts and team leave periods

Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in community management, social media, or brand marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and online communities.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and basic analytics.
• Ability to represent brand tone and values authentically.
• Proactive, organized, and empathetic.
