Who You Are

You are a digital-savvy Community Manager who takes control of the online voice and builds genuine brand love. You'll be the first point of contact for online followers, developing culturally relevant relationships with the community.

As a core member of our social team, you're glued to your social media timelines, noticing trends early, raising any issues, responding to enquiries and always looking for ways to make the brand feel human.

What You'll Do

  • Own the voice: Manage replies and interactions across Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram, keeping the tone culturally relevant and on-brand across multiple assets for our client.
  • Daily publishing: Oversee social calendars, plan posts, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure smooth content delivery. Sharing posts with the media agency when relevant
  • Copywriting with personality: Support with caption writing and ideation; understand when to lean in or hold back; suggest formats and narratives that resonate with audiences.
  • Trendspotting: Act as the brand's cultural radarmonitor local news, social trends, and viral content to identify opportunities for real-time engagement.
  • Social listening & insights: Lead on reporting by using tools like Sprinklr, to report on engagement, reach, follower growth and more. Working on monthly reports and demonstrating our agency's impact.
  • Creative contribution: Collaborate with the social managers to make TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram content; propose new topics and formats daily.
  • Process & efficiency: Champion process improvements, help shape tone, content formats, and reporting structures; act autonomously and flag risks or opportunities proactively. Always making sure attention to detail is key.

What You'll Bring

  • Be a social native: Active across TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram with an eye for what works locally and how people like to be responded to
  • Copywriting pro: Exceptional writing skills, able to craft responses in real time
  • Juggle: Ability to juggle multiple accounts and posts during a day, making sure no comments go missed and all posts are posted with the correct hashtags, the latest asset etc.
  • Creative thinker: Comfortable proposing new content ideas, formats, and narratives that spark engagement.
  • Analytical mindset: Experienced in using social listening and analytics tools to inform strategy.
  • Proactive & autonomous: Anticipates issues, identifies opportunities, and keeps projects moving across teams.
  • Collaborative: Works well with creative and social teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and business objectives.
