We are seeking a Community & Engagement Manager to join our client, a leader in Events and Exhibition space. Initially the position will be on a contract for 3 months, with further extension to 6 months or more.

- Work Period: 3 months(extendable to 6 months or more)
- Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
- Work Location: Dubai, with flexibility for regional travel
Role Summary
To lead and grow communities across the event portfolio, with a primary focus on the flagship programs. The role supports regional growth by creating meaningful connection, engagement and visibility through digital platforms, in-person moments and flagship initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Community Leadership & Engagement
- Act as the day-to-day lead of the community
- Manage and moderate WhatsApp and other digital community channels
- Foster meaningful conversation, connection and peer-to-peer support
- Ensure the community feels active, welcoming and valuable, not transactional
- Contribute to the development of the mentorship program
Content & Communication
- Plan and deliver regular community communications and updates
- Work closely with the Brand & Content team to ensure community communications align with agreed tone of voice, messaging and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with content creators to plan and support content production, including on-site shoots, interviews and community-led storytelling
Events & Experiences
- Lead community-led initiatives, including:
- Monthly virtual or in-person catch-ups
- Local meetups around events
- Prepare post-event community recaps and engagement follow-ups
- Support the planning and delivery of the next year events.
Community Platforms & Digital Experience
- Work with web developer to support the evolution of the event app,
- Support the development of the flagship program presence on the website, including member stories, content libraries and community resources
Skills & experience
- 5+ years Experience managing or growing a professional, industry or membership-based community
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging audiences across cultures and markets
- Experience working with digital platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, social, newsletters, events)
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Interest in real estate, events or professional communities is a plus
