We are seeking a Community Manager who moves beyond basic announcement posting to drive real engagement, user retention, and platform volume.
The Role
We are looking for a community powerhouse to take full ownership of our Telegram-centric ecosystem. While our current strengths lie in signal bot configurations, we need a strategist to bridge the gap in
daily operational excellence. You will manage the rhythm of the community, lead our global Moderator (Mod) teams, and execute high-impact activities that turn casual members into active, loyal traders.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Community Ownership: Lead daily operations for Telegram (English/Chinese/Multilingual) to ensure high levels of activity, order, and brand alignment.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute a Content & Activity Roadmap to maintain community health and drive consistent organic growth.
- User Lifecycle Management: Implement targeted campaigns for User Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Interaction.
- Mod & Ambassador Management: Build and standardize the Community Angel program. Recruit, train, and manage localized Mods, establishing standardized tasks, KPIs, and growth paths.
- KOL & External Relations: Execute collaborations and interactions with external KOL communities to drive cross-pollination and brand exposure.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Record and analyze community data and user feedback to continuously optimize conversion, retention, and user quality.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- 35 Years in Crypto Community Management: You live on Telegram and are an expert in TG Bots, Channel/Group configurations, and community security.
- Proven Growth Track Record: Verifiable experience in community growth (Acquisition/Activation/Retention) rather than just passive news synchronization.
- Exchange Savvy: Deep understanding of exchange business logic (Futures, Perps, Funding rates) and the role community plays in the growth funnel.
- Execution Machine: Highly self-driven with a focus on results. You prioritize conversion and user quality over empty engagement or hype.

- TG Power User: Experience with Telegram Ads, advanced bot automation, and mass-exposure strategies.
- Global Reach: Experience managing diverse overseas communities and pre-existing relationships for external community collaborations.
