Community Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate Community Supervisor, with 35 years experience in real estate development or construction environment. To oversee and manage day-to-day operations of residential or mixed-use communities, ensuring high standards of maintenance, resident satisfaction, community engagement, and adherence to policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all community facilities and common areas.
• Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security services in the community.
• Ensure all community services are delivered in compliance with policies, contracts, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on reported issues or required improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance logs, resident interactions, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams for timely delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with community rules and guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Provide regular reports to the Community Manager on operations, resident issues, and improvement plans.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning for community operations.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all residents.

Main Work Requirements:

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in real estate development or construction environment.
• Familiarity with quality standards, construction codes, and testing procedures.
• Skilled in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and quality control checklists.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inspections across project stages.
• Ability to work in construction sites and manufacturing environments.
