Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and update salary grades and ranges to ensure market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze external market data to recommend adjustments to the compensation strategy.
  • Prepare and monitor annual compensation budgets, providing accurate forecasting for workforce planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, including deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Leverage the SAP system to manage employee data, benefits administration, and payroll workflows.
  • Ensure all compensation and payroll activities strictly adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation for internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
  • Clearly communicate compensation philosophies and benefit programs to employees and leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • +5 years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or total rewards.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP.
  • Expertise in Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable HR metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to navigate a fast-paced environment.
