My client is a global leading crypto exchange, looking for an outstanding C&B Lead/ Expert to join our global team.

Responsibilities:
Design & Strategy
- Design and implement Total Rewards programs aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans that support talent attraction and retention.
Market Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct industry and market research to identify best practices and emerging trends.
- Perform benchmarking analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Regularly review and update salary structures, merit cycles, and bonus schemes.
Program Delivery
- Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits and incentive programs.
- Manage compensation offers for new hires and internal moves.
Analytics & Insights
- Provide data-driven analytics and reporting to support BU leaders/Internal HR in making informed pay and benefits decisions.
- Continuously monitor prevailing pay rates to maintain competitive positioning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs, recommending enhancements as needed.
Employee Engagement
- Research employee satisfaction with Total Rewards programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement innovative practices to improve employee engagement, motivation, and overall employee experience.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years HR experience, min 5 years of experience in global Total Rewards management, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with strong Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and senior leadership.
- Mandarin skills is highly preferred for multi-cultural stakeholder management purpose.
