About the Role
A leading, fast-growing UAE-based FMCG organization is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Lead to drive and scale strategic rewards initiatives across a dynamic, multi-site workforce. This role is ideal for a high-caliber professional with strong expertise in Total Rewards design, analytics, and transformation, partnering closely with business leaders to enable performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Compensation & Benefits frameworks aligned with business strategy
- Develop and manage salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies
- Design and execute incentive and variable pay programs (Sales and Operations) linked to performance outcomes
- Drive market benchmarking and compensation surveys within UAE and FMCG sector
- Manage annual merit cycles, bonus reviews, and salary positioning
- Oversee employee benefits programs (medical, life, allowances, leave) with a focus on cost optimization and vendor management
- Lead compensation analytics, manpower budgeting, and workforce planning, including scenario modeling
- Optimize SAP HR / SuccessFactors for rewards processes, reporting, and data governance
- Develop dashboards and analytics tools to support leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal governance policies
- Partner with stakeholders on offers, promotions, and organization design decisions
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, preferably within FMCG or Manufacturing
- Proven experience in designing or transforming C&B frameworks
- Strong analytical capability with expertise in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors
- Good understanding of UAE labour regulations and compensation practices
- Experience in manpower budgeting and workforce planning across multi-location environments
