About The Job

You will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, compliance with regulations, and supports employee engagement through effective reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salary structure design: Develop, maintain, and update salary structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Job mapping: Conduct job evaluation and mapping exercises to align roles with organizational frameworks.
  • Budgeting for headcount: Prepare and monitor compensation budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting for workforce planning.
  • Payroll processing: Supervise payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Payroll analytics: Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • ERP system utilization: Manage and leverage ERP systems for compensation benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Compliance & governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies in all compensation and benefits activities.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or total rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in payroll analytics and HR metrics reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
