Job Summary
The Compliance Administrator supports the Compliance function by ensuring company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls are properly documented, monitored, and followed. The role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, filings, and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required reports and documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect compliance-related information.
- Track licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.
- Report compliance risks, gaps, or breaches to the Compliance Manager.
- Assist with compliance training, awareness sessions, and communications.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities when required, under supervision.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a compliance, governance, or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
- Good understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, property development, or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with compliance management systems and audit processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
