Job Description This is an Associate level role within the investment firms top performing compliance department which will strongly focus on liaising with ESCA on all regulatory related and other necessary matters (must be fluent in Arabic). This will require the candidate to keep up to date with all relevant regulatory changes as well as evolving best practices, assisting the team, ESCA filling, ESCA reporting, etc. *More details to be provided upon shortlist. The Successful Applicant This person will have a strong experience in one/more of the following areas: 3-5 years of direct wealth management/investments compliance experience preferably within an ESCA regulated firm, otherwise DFSA/FSRA Technical knowledge of applicable rules and regulations, including AML/CTF/Sanctions, Conduct of Business, FATCA/CRS, and Data Protection. Must be an Arabic Speaker Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication, strong analytical, problem solving and organisation skills.
