The Job Holder is responsible to Lead all Regulatory Compliance of FDC, CC, FD training and checks documentation to support FLYNAS Flight Operation Department to enhance Zero violation and support preserving IOSA Certificate validity.
Key Accountabilities
a) Functional
- Policy, Processes, Procedures, and systems
- Propose Policy, Processes, Procedures and Standards of the planning Function to improve the effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement
- Conduct the Research, benchmarking and study of Best Practices, Plan and Implement the improvements to ensure Flynas Training department poses best practices and technologies for better performance.
b) Operational
- Lead the process to keep the FDC, CC and FD properly licensed and to monitor their progress and compliance.
- Verify all technical documents requested by all stakeholders to prevent any violation.
- Collaborate with HR Department to collect licenses back from the leaving Pilots.
- Follow all Regulatory standards related to documentations and archives to ensure high level of GACA Satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor the regulatory changes, develop and issue bulletins for all concerned employees to ensure effective compliance.
- Handle GACA Application to GACA POI for approval purposes.

- Lead the full background check process for all new hired pilots to verify the license, security clearance and background check with previous employer to ensure avoiding any potential legal or safety risks.
- Manage updating FDC,CC FD training and checks qualification and personal information in the approved scheduling
- Develop a positive relationship with all employees to ensure that smooth work environment is maintained.
