Job Description

About Vissibl

Vissibl is a RegTech startup building AI-powered compliance automation for asset-heavy industries across the GCC, MENA, and APAC regions. We work with customers in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, maritime, logistics and aviation to help them run compliance as a continuous, intelligent operation rather than a periodic paper exercise.

Our platform, powered by Vissi AI, acts as a chief compliance agent that orchestrates specialised AI across gap analysis, documentation, evidence capture, and audit simulation. We are not building another audit checklist tool. We are building the infrastructure layer for how compliance gets done.

The Role

This is a hybrid delivery and commercial role. You will work directly with customers to implement and configure Vissibl's platform, guide them through compliance programmes, and act as a trusted advisor across their regulatory obligations. At the same time, you will support business development by contributing to scoping conversations, proposals, and partnerships.

We are looking for someone who has operated as a compliance professional in the real world, understands the pressure organisations face to maintain certifications, manage audits, and build sustainable compliance programmes, and is genuinely excited about what AI can do to change how that work gets done.

This role suits someone who is comfortable being both practitioner and collaborator. You will be working across customers in different industries, at different stages of their compliance maturity, and across different regulatory frameworks.

What You Will Do

Customer Delivery

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, translating their compliance obligations into Vissibl's platform configuration
  • Guide customers through gap analysis, documentation development, evidence frameworks, and audit preparation
  • Act as the primary compliance advisor across a portfolio of accounts, building relationships and ensuring ongoing programme success
  • Identify opportunities to deepen platform adoption and expand the value Vissibl delivers within existing accounts

Commercial Support

  • Participate in pre-sales conversations, helping prospects understand how Vissibl maps to their specific compliance context
  • Contribute to proposals, scoping documents, and technical responses
  • Support partnership development with consultancies, certification bodies, and industry networks by representing Vissibl's expertise credibly
  • Provide market intelligence from customer conversations that shapes product and go-to-market decisions

Platform and Product

  • Work closely with the product team to translate real compliance workflows into platform improvements
  • Develop compliance content, templates, and methodology assets that scale across the customer base
  • Stay current across evolving regulatory standards and communicate changes that affect our customers and roadmap
What We Are Looking For

You do not need to have worked in software before. What matters is that you have genuine compliance expertise and are open to working in a high-growth, technology-led environment.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a compliance, QHSE, regulatory affairs, or management systems role, either in-house or as a consultant
  • Practical experience across at least one of the following: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ESG reporting, sector-specific regulatory frameworks in construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, maritime, or aviation
  • Experience delivering compliance programmes end-to-end, from initial gap analysis through to certification or ongoing maintenance
  • Comfort working with multiple clients or business units simultaneously

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong communicator who can explain compliance concepts clearly to both operational teams and senior leadership
  • Commercially aware and comfortable participating in business development conversations
  • Organised and self-directed, capable of managing a portfolio of accounts remotely without close supervision
  • Genuinely curious about AI and technology, and willing to develop fluency in how Vissibl's platform works
  • Adaptable across industries and regulatory frameworks rather than narrowly specialised

Nice to Have

  • Auditor qualifications or experience conducting third-party audits
  • Experience working in or consulting to GCC, MENA, or APAC markets
  • Familiarity with compliance software platforms or document management systems
  • Arabic language skills
Why Vissibl

We are a small, ambitious team at an early and exciting stage. You will have real influence over how we build our delivery capability, contribute to product thinking, and work with customers who are genuinely trying to do compliance better. This is not a role where you maintain the status quo. You will be helping us define what best-in-class AI-assisted compliance looks like.

We are remote-first, which means you have flexibility in how you work, and you will be supported by a team that values outcomes over activity. Compensation is competitive for an early-stage company and includes equity participation.
