Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will develop, implement, and oversee the organization's compliance program to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include monitoring internal compliance with relevant policies, conducting risk assessments, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring training for employees on compliance-related topics. The role also requires regular communication with regulatory authorities and ensuring that the company meets its legal obligations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance governance, risk assessments, and internal controls
• Knowledge of local and international compliance regulations, policies, and standards
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify potential risks
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in preparing compliance reports and implementing organizational training programs
• Familiarity with Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Compliance certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or equivalent are a plus.
