A Tier 1 international bank in Dubai is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role will support the local compliance function across regulatory advisory, monitoring, and general compliance coverage within a regulated banking environment.
Please note this mandate is strictly a 12 month contract. Nothing beyond the one-year term is currently being offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advisory support to business and front office teams
- Assist with regulatory monitoring and compliance reviews
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to DFSA and DIFC regulatory requirements
- Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance controls
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business and control functions
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years compliance experience within a bank
- Currently working at an international bank or a strong regional bank
- Exposure to the DIFC / DFSA regulatory environment
- Experience across compliance advisory, regulatory monitoring, or AML
- Ability to work with front office and senior stakeholders
- UAE-based candidates preferred
