Compliance Officer
Location: Nasr City Cairo, Egypt
Job type : Hybrid / Full time Job
What You'll Do
As a Compliance Officer, you will review information and ensure compliance with international regulations within the money transfer and digital payments environment by monitoring transactions, reviewing compliance alerts, and supporting secure, compliant, and suspicious transactions.
- Handle alerts efficiently, ensuring immediate action and full regulatory compliance with specific time.
- Ensure high quality and timely submission of compliance reports.
- Maintain professional and prompt email and communication responses .
- Monitor compliance systems and manage technical issues and escalations in coordination with relevant teams .
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of related experience in regulatory
- Bachelor's degree in Finance , Banking , Administration or a related filed ( preferred )
- Graduated from one of the following universities is preferred :-
- The American University in Egypt in Cairo ( AUC )
- The British University in Egypt ( BUE )
- The Arab Academy for Management , Banking and Financial Science (AAMBFS)
- Proven experience working with money Service Businesses (MSB ) , Instant Money Transfer (IMT)
- Good Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations , rules and regulations , industry standards and practices
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Ability to foster and build relationships to achieve a common goal .
- Strong skills in compliance programs , communication , risk management , confidentiality , facilitation , problem -solving , and cross-functional collaboration
