Compliance Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities

Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable UAE laws.

Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions.

Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews.

Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management and regulators whenrequired.

Act as the primary point of contact with Free Zone authorities and other regulatory bodies.

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field.

Years & Nature of Experience

Experience in compliance within a Free Zone or regulated UAE environment

preferred.

Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.

Soft Skills

High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
