Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Compliance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field audits of commercial activities, including HCP visits, promotional events, cycle meetings, and new launches
- Monitor the distribution, use, and storage of promotional materials based on the company's strategy and policies
- Identify areas of risk and improvement, delivering insightful solutions based on live monitoring activities
- Audit digital tools and platforms, including sales trends, field force visits, and activities
- Audit the third-party and vendors engaged in commercial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical field auditing
- Strong analytical, observation, and reporting skills
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
