Present, promote and sell Components Portfolio, using substantial and reliable arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Develop and follow up the components strategy.
Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Continuously improve through feedback
Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge about Doka products and services
Knowledge about how Doka products and services compare with the competition
Identify potential customers and projects
Prepare and present presentations and proposals
Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business
Sell and service solutions / products
Be accountable for all credit interactions with the customer and ensure payment is received in full
Ensure the number of prospect calls each month does not fall below the agreed standard
Ensure there is a full knowledge of all the key customers decision makers and key influencers
Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status
