Composite Technician

We are looking for a Composite Production Technician to join our growing manufacturing team and support the production of advanced composite components for UAVs and aerospace systems.

If you have strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and experience working with materials or mechanical craftwork, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Produce composite parts according to technical instructions

Prepare molds and composite materials for manufacturing

Perform material cutting, layup, and vacuum bagging

Operate curing processes such as ovens or autoclaves

Demold finished composite components

Maintain tools, workspace, and workshop equipment

Track working hours per work order and support daily production reporting

Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders

Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety standards

Required Qualifications

Secondary education

13 years of experience in composite preparation or similar production environments

Experience in mechanical or craft-related work such as:

• Car foiling
• Tailoring
• Mold making
• Mechanical assembly

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Technical Skills

Material cutting and layup techniques

Vacuum bagging and preparation for curing

Demolding composite parts

Use of tools such as rollers, scissors, cutters
