Composite Technician / Carbon Laminator

Job Responsibilities:

- Cutting and preparation of composite materials for further production processes.

- Carbon fiber layup into molds according to technical specifications and product requirements.

- Preparation and assembly of vacuum bagging systems for vacuum infusion.

- Demolding of finished parts and subsequent processing (trimming, fitting, sanding).

- Lamination of required parts using carbon fiber.

- Repair and restoration of carbon fiber products according to the strategydefined by management.

- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

Requirements:

- Previous experience with carbon fiber or fiberglass is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.

- Understanding of basic principles of working with composite materials.

- Knowledge of 3D printing and 3D scanning will be considered an advantage.

- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.

- Accuracy, attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline.

Working Conditions:

- Salary: 4,000 8,000 AED, depending on experience and qualification
