Job Summary:

We are looking for engineers who want to go beyond traditional design.

This role is not about simply using software — it's about rethinking how structural design is done through computation.

You will work at the intersection of:

  • Structural Engineering
  • Algorithmic Thinking
  • Automation & Workflow Development
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop computational pipelines linking geometry → analysis → design → detailing
    • Automate structural engineering processes (loading, checks, iterations, reporting)
    • Build and maintain internal tools using Grasshopper, Python, C#, and APIs
    • Translate engineering logic into scalable, repeatable workflows
    • Work on complex and non-standard structural projects (e.g., large-span, irregular systems)
    • Contribute to the development of the Digital Innovation Practice (DIP)

    Requirements:

    • Strong structural engineering fundamentals (load paths, behavior, stability, steel/concrete design)
    • Ability to validate models, question FEM results, and simplify complex systems
    • Proficiency in Grasshopper and working knowledge of Python or C#
    • Algorithmic thinking: ability to structure problems into inputs → logic → outputs
    • Interest in automation, computational workflows, and tool development
    • Curious, research-oriented mindset with ability to learn independently
    • Experience with Rhino, Revit, Dynamo, and structural software APIs (SAP2000, ETABS, etc.)
