Computer Technician

Main Responsibilities:

Install and set up desktop computers, laptops, and printers

Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems

Assist users with common computer issues

Install and update operating systems and applications

Perform basic maintenance and system checks

Replace faulty computer parts when required

Keep records of IT equipment and repairs

Follow company IT policies and instructions

Basic Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

Familiarity with Windows operating system and MS Office

Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues

Good communication and teamwork skills

Diploma or basic certification in IT is an advantage
