We are looking for a Concept Designer High-Rise Residential with proven UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Revit/BIM and have a strong background in designing high-rise residential developments. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of high-density residential design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop concept designs for high-rise residential projects, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.
- Create detailed 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using Revit/BIM.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to refine design concepts.
- Conduct feasibility studies, massing studies, and site analysis to optimize design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, zoning regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Research trends in high-rise residential design, including sustainability, urban planning, and material innovations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in concept design for high-rise residential projects in the UAE.
- Expert proficiency in Revit/BIM for design development and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and high-density planning.
- Ability to develop efficient, space-optimized layouts for high-rise living.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with mixed-use residential towers.
- Knowledge of additional software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles in high-rise developments.
