We are seeking an experienced Conference Director to lead the development and delivery of high-quality conference programmes. This role is responsible for creating compelling agendas, securing industry-leading speakers, and ensuring the successful execution of conferences from concept to delivery.

The Conference Director will work closely with internal teams and industry stakeholders to deliver impactful content while driving continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging conference agendas aligned with industry trends and audience needs
• Identify, secure, and manage relationships with senior-level speakers and industry experts
• Conduct market research to identify key topics, trends, and opportunities
• Oversee the end-to-end conference production process
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery
• Support team development through mentorship, training, and process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in conference production, content development, or event management
• Strong stakeholder and speaker management skills
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Experience within B2B conferences, exhibitions, or events is highly desirable
