Role: Conference Marketing Executive

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Marketing Executive to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for regional and global conferences. If you excel at driving registrations, boosting engagement, and executing multi-channel event marketing strategies, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for conferences and B2B events
- Conduct detailed audience segmentation and market research
- Manage email marketing, automation workflows, and attendee nurture sequences
- Oversee social media promotion across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels
- Write compelling content, copy, and messaging that converts
- Coordinate digital ads (Google & social) to drive awareness and registrations
- Manage speaker and partner marketing kits to amplify reach
- Support delegate acquisition campaigns and monitor conversion funnels
- Collaborate with creative teams for visuals, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Track performance using analytics dashboards and provide weekly reports & optimisations
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in event or conference marketing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of market planning, research, and campaign execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with CRM / email tools/ SEO/Social Media
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
