Description
The Consolidation Center (C/C) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Consolidation Center, ensuring efficient processing, and distribution of goods while managing a team to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Consolidation Center to ensure efficient processing and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-15 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management.
- Proven experience in managing a team and leading operational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
