About the Role

Pinnacle is looking for an experienced Construction BIM Architect for a full-time onsite opportunity in Dubai.

This is a hands-on, construction-stage BIM role and not a purely design, modelling, or managerial position.

The role requires strong architectural BIM expertise, construction/site coordination experience, and the ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, site teams, and client stakeholders throughout project execution and handover.

Candidates must be professionally fluent in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate architectural BIM models during construction and execution stages.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, consultant comments, technical submissions, and coordination issues.
• Conduct BIM coordination, clash detection, and model reviews.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve construction issues.
• Support 4D/5D BIM workflows, project reporting, and BIM documentation.
• Support as-built modelling, project close-out, digital handover, and asset-information requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and coordination presentations.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Architecture, BIM, and construction project delivery.
• Strong experience as a Construction BIM Architect, BIM Architect, Technical Architect, BIM Coordinator, or similar role.
• Proven construction-stage/site execution experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Shop drawings
• RFIs and technical queries
• Consultant comments
• Multidisciplinary coordination
• Technical/material submissions
• As-built modelling and handover
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Previous Middle East/GCC project experience.
• UAE/Dubai construction-project experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Comfortable with client-facing technical discussions and presentations.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Dubai.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Experience with some of the following will be an advantage:

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Civil 3D, ReCap, Dynamo, Synchro, ArcGIS/GIS, Tekla, 4D BIM, 5D BIM, Scan-to-BIM, COBie, ISO 19650, CDE and digital handover workflows.

Candidates are not expected to be experts in every additional tool listed above.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

A Master's/MSc in Architecture, BIM, Construction Management, or a related field and relevant BIM certifications will be preferred.

• Main contractor, construction consultant, technical office, or multidisciplinary delivery experience.
• Large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, aviation, infrastructure, or mixed-use project exposure.
• Strong construction-site and technical-office coordination experience.
• Direct client and consultant interaction.
• A stable professional track record.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant construction-stage BIM work.
