Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Construction Contracts Manager. The role involves managing contractual agreements and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards throughout the duration of construction projects. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, resolving disputes, and ensuring that terms and conditions are fulfilled. The Construction Contracts Manager will also work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to manage budgets and project risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal frameworks, and compliance processes
• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and management
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to monitor schedules and budgets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or contracting sector, preferably in medium to large-scale projects
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus
