Job Brief:
Are you an accomplished Civil Engineer with a strong background in the project management and consultancy sector Do you have proven experience leading large-scale construction and development projects in Dubai/GCC

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with consultancy teams, developers, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Review designs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with consultancy standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Develop project progress reports, highlight risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Apply project management tools and methodologies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in Dubai.
- Proven project management and consultancy industry background.
- Must have UAE Driving License
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (PMS).
