Job Summary:
We are looking for a site-based Electrical Construction Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in construction to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will support field operations on large-scale infrastructure such as power plants, high-voltage substations, or energy-related facilities. The role requires a hands-on, detail oriented professional with strong coordination and problem-solving skills within a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on-site electrical installation activities, including cable tray work, conduit
- systems, grounding, lighting, and panel installations.
- Interpret electrical construction drawings, SLDs, and method statements and ensure proper
- implementation on-site.
- Support daily site operations, coordinating between subcontractors, civil works, and MEP
- interfaces.
- Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and participate in quality inspections with the
- consultant.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs, site requisitions, and ensuring material availability in
- coordination with the procurement team.
- Track work progress, identify delays or issues, and report daily/weekly updates to the construction
- manager.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, Aramco, or SABIC standards (as applicable), and relevant
- IEC/NEC codes.
- Monitor adherence to HSE standards, site safety policies, and permit-to-work systems.
- Participate in testing and pre-commissioning activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 35 years of field experience in electrical construction.
- Familiarity with SEC / Aramco specifications is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of fundamentals of the electrical systems installation, including HV/MV/LV cables,
- panels, and earthing systems.
- Knowledge of Saudi Building Code, IEC standards, and general QA/QC requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; Primavera or site reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid Transferable Iqama (for residents) or open to relocation to KSA (for overseas applicants).

- Power Plants (Gas, Solar, Combined Cycle).
- 132/33kV GIS & AIS Substation Construction.
- Industrial Cities, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure Projects in KSA.
