Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project plans, schedules, and budgets are strictly followed.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and contractors to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent health and safety regulations (HSE) and ensure compliance with local Abu Dhabi regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Project Controls: Monitor project progress, track project milestones, and mitigate risks.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits to inspect materials and workmanship.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Classified Engineer Specialized – Building Construction of all types Contracts is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 to 15+ years of experience, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Certification: Membership in professional bodies such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE is required.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and documentation systems.
- Leadership: Strong team management skills and experience in managing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-rise or large-scale projects.
