Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with some flexibility for remote work. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, supervising on-site activities, implementing safety protocols, monitoring scheduling and project controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams and guide on-site operations
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
• Proficiency in Construction and Construction Safety standards and practices
• Solid knowledge of Project Control processes, including scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in large-scale construction projects and familiarity with relevant regulations in the UAE
