CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

• Report and assist Project Manager(PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals
• Monitor project development schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other Contractors
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met
• Liaise with Client's Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
