Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities across assigned projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, construction plans, and work programs.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and local regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and approve progress payments and variations.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide accurate progress reports to management.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure high construction standards are maintained.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.
- Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Manage snagging, de-snagging, testing & commissioning, and project handover activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 815 years of construction experience, preferably in real estate development projects.
