Construction Manager - Fit-out & Finishing

Required to join a international contractor on the construction of a large entertainment complex in Riyadh. The Fit-Out & Finishing Manager will oversees and leads all fit-out and finishing activitiesacross both interior and exterior scopes. This includes architectural finishes, faades, cladding, external site finishes, interior detailing, joinery, and all associated trades.

Manager interior: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, paint, decorative elements, millwork, and MEP finalfix. Exterior: faades, cladding, external coatings, outdoor flooring, landscape finishes, external decorative works, waterproofing interfaces, and building envelope finishes.

Ensure all finishesinternal and externalconform to approved drawings, materials, samples, mock-ups, and quality standards.

Review and validate shop drawings, material submissions, samples, mock-ups, and installation methods.

Maintain high workmanship standards so that the final outcome reflects the intended design and the desired user/guest experience.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

A degree in a relevant subject ie Architecture, Civil, Construction

Deep expertise in interior and exterior finishing materials, construction details, joinery, faade systems, waterproofing, and quality assurance

The ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership and decision making skills

Preference given to those candidates already in KSA
