Manage and oversee all ground improvement construction activities in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure efficient execution of works
Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required
Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 12 years of experience in ground improvement / geotechnical / heavy civil construction projects
Hands-on experience with ground improvement techniques such as vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction, or similar methods
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
