Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all ground improvement construction activities in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure efficient execution of works
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
  • Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required
  • Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in ground improvement / geotechnical / heavy civil construction projects
  • Hands-on experience with ground improvement techniques such as vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction, or similar methods
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
