Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead end-to-end site execution of industrial and commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact projects from planning to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage project delivery ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.

-Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve productivity and performance goals.

-Control budgets, variations, and schedules effectively.

-Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.

-Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance on site.

-Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.

-Monitor long-lead items and procurement.

-Prepare progress reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

-1015+ years of construction experience (UAE/GCC preferred).

-Strong leadership and site execution skills.

-Experience in warehouse or industrial projects preferred.

-Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.

Salary: AED 20,000/month
