The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities across the Rua Ajyad project, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of major building and infrastructure works. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary construction operations in a challenging and high-profile environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of construction phases
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Oversee site logistics, resource allocation, and construction sequencing for optimal efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
- Review and approve construction documentation, including method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with project stakeholders
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site teams and junior staff
- Prepare and present progress reports to project leadership and clients
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management for major buildings and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of all operational aspects of large-scale and complex developments
- Proven experience in project management, construction delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Must have experience in the construction of major complex projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region
- Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
