JASARA PMC is seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. As the joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to elevating program management through performance excellence and a solutions-based approach. Our new team member will play an instrumental role in this effort, providing leadership and support in the construction of complex and impactful projects.
As Construction Manager, you will work closely with project teams and specialists to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will bring your expertise in civil engineering to the table, leveraging your technical knowledge to inform decision-making and prioritize success. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality results despite challenges and obstacles, and a desire to make a real impact in the region.
Responsibilities
Provide overall technical support and leadership for construction activities, ensuring performance and quality are met to the highest standards
Manage, supervise, and coordinate construction contractor as well as the team, vendors, and subcontractors on project sites
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules
Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs that ensure compliance with contract requirements and design specifications
Develop and maintain project documentation, including, but not limited to submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and change orders
Review and comments on design related aspects and construction plans and specifications, identifying and propose resolutions resolving design and construction issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain positive and strong relationships with client and all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying potential issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Higher education is a plus
Minimum of 15 + years of construction management experience in the engineering industry
Proven success in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic work environment
Professional certification such as PMP or CCM is preferred.
