Lead and manage all civil construction works for offshore desalination and marine infrastructure projects.
Oversee construction of marine structures, offshore foundations, concrete works, and infrastructure related to desalination facilities.
Coordinate closely with mechanical teams handling piping systems, intake & outfall pipelines, and pumping stations to ensure proper interface management.
Supervise subcontractors and construction teams across onshore support areas and offshore works.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Enforce HSE regulations and offshore safety standards.
Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and civil construction procedures.
Monitor construction progress, productivity, and resource utilization; implement corrective actions when needed.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities from a civil scope perspective.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role on offshore or marine desalination projects.
Mandatory offshore desalination experience (onshore-only experience will not be considered).
Strong experience in marine works, civil infrastructure, offshore structures, and desalination plants.
Good exposure to piping interfaces and coordination with mechanical disciplines.
Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills.
Willingness to work at coastal and offshore project
